As Shetland Islands are a remote area, deliveries take an average 2-4 days business days.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your item(s) with 28 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition, returned with a valid order number or receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
We’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form, quoting your order reference number. We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received.
If the goods you receive are defective, please report to us within 24 hours of delivery. If requested by us, please return the goods back to us for inspection. If we agree that the goods are defective, we shall provide a suitable replacement item or items.
